As a cornerstone in the federal contracting space, we continue to evolve, and now we are launching a dedicated Artificial Intelligence department to drive innovation and strategic transformation internally as well as for our clients. We're looking for a visionary, hands-on AI Implementation Manager to help lead this exciting new chapter.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven professional with a proven track record of managing and implementing AI technologies within complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science, extensive production experience, and the ability to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of AI integration across mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions integrated into current enterprise architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and drive successful implementation strategies.
Manage project lifecycles from concept through deployment, ensuring technical excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
Serve as the technical liaison between internal departments and external clients, providing expert guidance on AI best practices.
Evaluate new tools and frameworks, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and operational requirements.
Contribute to the long-term roadmap of the AI department, including hiring, process development, and capability expansion.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a production environment implementing AI/ML technologies.
Demonstrated experience integrating AI into legacy or complex IT environments.
Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing both technical teams and client relationships.
US Citizenship
Ability to obtain security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large-scale consulting engagements, with a focus on recommending and architecting enterprise AI solutions.
Masters degree or certifications in AI/ML or data science fields.
Familiarity with federal government contracting processes and compliance requirements.
