Provide superior customer service to our customers via walk-in, phone and email interactions
Work with technicians in fulfilling parts' needs for repairs
Provide follow-up to customers on the status of parts orders
Provide Corporate Parts Manager with feedback on reorder points, parts sales, etc.
Pull/pack/ship outbound order
Check in/put up stock orders
Cycle counts
Help unload freight in warehouse
Backup driver/close range driver
File invoices
Payment collections of counter sales

Prior experience working parts orders (automotive, industrial, construction, etc.) is preferable
Experience with heavy equipment or forklift parts definitely helps but this can be taught
Computer experience including Word, Excel, Outlook, and various vendor portals
Desire to help our customers and technicians get equipment repaired and running in a timely manner
Working knowledge of reading schematics, blueprints, etc.
Willingness to learn and think outside the box
Full-time
