Review and validate part models and source engineering during the product design and development phases of APQP to establish a practical and cost-effective path forward.

Lead and manage engineering projects related to manufacturing processes, from concept to implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and quality control, to ensure seamless project execution.

Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, systems, and processes.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or project management role.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality standards is a plus.

Familiarity with processing and molding thermoplastics is a plus.
