Desired Skills/Experience:
Experience working for a high-urgency-culture type firm with solid proven help desk support skills (desk side support and remote support.
Must have Strong-Professional-Articulate Oral Communication skills.
Experience Supporting remote employee desktop access/virtual desktop troubleshooting connectivity
Experience supporting Office 365 (o365 office365) for on-site and remote employees;
Experience with any of the following: working backup or junior windows admin; Outlook and MS Office Support (Office 365), Experience with network connectivity troubleshooting for remote and on-site employees; Cisco and/or VMware and/or Firewalls and/or File/Data back up and restores.
Experience with Mobile Device and related Wi-Fi Connectivity and support
Ready and willing to work in a role with very frequent user support and user interaction (prioritizing phone and email end user requests; technical issue resolution due to user error or computer/PC error; documentation of user issues and logging/tracking/documenting support calls-emails along with resolutions and current status)
Experience using a help-desk-logging or ticketing system is preferred.
Experience working in a similar role for a Healthcare or Hospital type organization is a plus.
Preferred: Training/certification (A+, Network+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, ASA, VCP, etc.) and-or College Degree in Computer Science or a similar field is preferred.
