About the Role:

Express Employment Centennial is hiring a Sr. Software Engineer for a direct hire opportunity with a high-growth company in the private aviation technology space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with modern Microsoft stacks and wants to contribute to meaningful, enterprise-level systems.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and maintenance of enterprise-level applications

Build clean, user-friendly interfaces from minimal input, working from either mockups or general product guidance

Participate in Agile sprints by owning and completing assigned tasks and tickets

Support various parts of the application, including iOS/Android mobile apps, APIs, and web-based portals

Core Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in C# development

4+ years using .NET Core 3.x or newer

5+ years working with SQL databases, HTML, CSS, and Entity Framework Core

2+ years of hands-on experience with Blazor

Familiar with Git, Agile workflows, and DevOps platforms like Azure DevOps

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and mentor others

PLUS Experience:

Background in cloud technologies, especially Azure

Exposure to unit testing and working toward strong code coverage

Interest or experience in cutting-edge tools like WebAPI, gRPC, SignalR, MAUI, and Blazor WebAssembly

Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Redis or willingness to learn

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment using Azure DevOps

Interest in Kubernetes and containerized applications across regions

Experience deploying to mobile app stores (iOS/Android)

Prior use of JetBrains Rider or similar development environments
