Job Overview:

KODIAK Construction Talent Solutions is looking for a skilled Tig Welder to join our team. As a Tig Welder, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and welding metal components for construction projects. This position offers competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble structural metal products based on job orders, verbal instructions, and blueprints.

Develop layouts and plan the sequence of operations, applying expertise in trigonometry, stock allowances, shrinkage, and physical properties of metal.

Operate fabricating machines, including brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, and drill presses.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant welding experience.

TIG Welding certification or equivalent certification.

We are a VET FRIENDLY employer and offer a full-time position. The workweek typically runs from Monday to Friday, with regular hours from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime may be required based on demand, though the current schedule is set at 40 hours per week.Company Description
