Targeted Years of Experience: 0–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Support planning, forecasting, pricing, and sales program management for aftermarket products.

Ensure alignment of aftermarket strategies with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Distribution teams.

Provide front-line customer support by managing a high volume of queries through tickets and seller platforms.

Resolve common customer inquiries such as:

“Where is my order?”

“Where is my refund?”

Navigate multiple platforms to investigate and resolve order-related issues efficiently.

Confidently work independently, including weekends and alternate shifts to support the Ireland-based team.

Flex working hours to ensure weekend coverage as needed.

Handle WFM (Workforce Management) tickets and process special orders.

Utilize tools such as SAP, Order Manager, and Excel to manage and resolve customer issues.

Deliver clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.

Approach complex or ambiguous challenges with a solution-focused and proactive mindset.

Education/Certifications:

No formal educational requirements.
