We are looking at bringing our Tier 1 services back in-house and need to staff Tier 1 technician. The need is for basic, first-level remote troubleshooting. Ideally, we would be looking for entry level techs who are looking to start their careers in IT and are hungry to learn as much as they can. We need highly motivated individuals who can quickly pick up on workflows and troubleshooting steps. They would be responsible for the first touch on all tickets.
