Commercial Electrical Project Manager

Job Description

Electrical product knowledge; including electrical distribution, lighting, controls, and electrical commodities.

Experience in Cost Coding, budgeting, submittals, and closeout documentation.

Experience in identifying and creating change orders outside of contract.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of reading, interpreting, and understanding blueprints/ construction drawing,specification's and bid documents. Confer with engineers, designers, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Must have knowledge of NEC Code.
