S/4HANA Program Delivery Director

We’re seeking an experienced S/4HANA Program Delivery Director with strong expertise in both the technical and business process sides of SAP S/4HANA. This role focuses on delivering large-scale S/4HANA programs in regulated industries, particularly involving External Manufacturing (ExM), CMOs, and 3PL logistics within GxP-compliant environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead S/4HANA transformation programs end-to-end.

Align business and IT teams with SAP solutions for manufacturing and supply chain.

Integrate external manufacturing and 3PL partners into SAP ecosystems.

Ensure GxP compliance across all processes and systems.

Drive solution design for key modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, QM).

Strong knowledge of GxP, ExM, CMOs, and 3PL logistics.

Proven delivery in pharma/life sciences or similar regulated industries.

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
