Transaction Processor – Third-Party Liability (TPL) Department
Location: On-site Helena, MT
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Position Potential for Permanent Hire
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Transaction Processor to support our Third-Party Liability (TPL) Department. This is a contractual, in-office position with the potential to convert to a full-time permanent role. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing high-volume data entry and administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities:
Verify member eligibility and accurately update internal systems
Perform timely and accurate data entry within strict deadlines
Manage email communications and handle inbound/outbound phone calls
Process and review special batch claims
Support the Carrier Billing workflow
Assist with general administrative functions within the TPL Department
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures
Able to identify and resolve routine issues independently, with supervisory support as needed
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Prior experience in an administrative or data entry role preferred
Willingness to learn and expand skill sets through on-the-job training
Additional Requirements:
Must pass a criminal background check, state/federal screenings, and a drug test
Must comply with all company policies and procedures
