Job Title: Client Support
Location: Columbus, OH, 43219 (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible extension)
Pay Range: $18 to $19.42/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Responsible for account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, and research for the Client's business.
Responsible for various functions in Operations which could include reports, clearing outstanding debits, resolution of escalated issues, processing and investigating payments, correspondence, client requests, account updates, scanning, stock transfers, check and Fed wire disbursements, check stop payments, etc.
Required to meet production and quality standards, cross train in multiple functions, adhere to compliance and control guidelines, and interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in the Service Center or other Operations teams.
