Job Description

Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Lead Restoration Techs in Milwaukee, WI for a direct hire opportunity with our client. As a trusted partner in the construction industry, we connect top talent with top companies across the United States.

Job Type: Direct Placement

Pay: $39,520 to $52,000 Per Year BOE

Responsibilities:

Perform high quality water mitigation services

Water extraction

Perform demolition tasks

Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged

Place and monitor drying equipment

Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques

Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures

Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment

Perform job cleanup and breakdown

Effectively lead a work crew

Qualifications:

Fire, water and mold restoration in commercial

Industrial and Residential Experience

Experience leading a crew of 2 to 4 employees

IICRC certification required (active certs are preferred)

WRT is a must. ASD, AMRT, FRT, others are preferred

Must be a self-starter and team player

Must be organized, detailed, and be able to properly document jobs

Physical Requirements:

Must be aware of OSHA safety standards

Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises

May need to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders.

Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending

May need to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.

Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Pay Transparency: A reasonable estimate of the available hourly pay scale for this position is $39,520 to $52,000 Per Year BOE. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on qualifications and other factors essential to the performance of duties and is determined by the hiring authority.
