Duration: Long Term Ongoing Project with NO end Date
Location : 100 % Onsite ( Pensacola, FL )
A Desktop Support Operator provides support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to desktop systems
1. Proficiency in desktop support tools and techniques.
2. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Needs to Have:
• Work Independently or in a collaborative environment
• Customer Service Skills
• Hardware/Equipment Setup and Support Experience
• Windows 11 OS support and troubleshooting Experience
• Basic Networking Experience
Like to Have:
• Security + or Degree related to the IT field or equivalent related work experience
• Printer Server Management Experience
• ServiceNow Experience
• Office 365 and TEAMs Experience
