System Administrator
*This is an onsite position in Bellefonte, PA
*This is a 6 month position with the possibility for extension
Description:
The client is seeking a System Administrator 2 to provide tier 1 and 2 help desk support.
Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support.
Support will include hands-on telephone and remote support for local and field staff.
Configure and install personal computers, laptops and tablets.
Install approved peripheral hardware to include both networked and local printers multi-function devices and agency specific hardware.
Monitors and respond to user created ticket via the agency help desk system.
Provide basic hardware and software training to users related to desktop use and accessing network resources.
Work towards departmental and project deadlines.
Document and present recommendations for issue/risk remediation to team leads and managers.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Microsoft Windows 11 experience, Required 2 Years
Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022, Required 1 Years
Microsoft Active Directory, Required 1 Years
Microsoft Office 365, Required 1 Years
Microsoft Endpoint Config Manager, Desired 1 Years
