Manage budgets, track schedules, coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensure alignment with the client's vision and goals.
Provide regular progress reporting, manage RFIs and change orders, and enforce quality and safety standards.
MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in an Owner's Rep or CM-at-Risk environment. They are detail-oriented, skilled in communication and negotiation, and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring accountability across teams.
