Education and Experience

High School Diploma required

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Minimum 2 office administration and/or customer service experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

Intermediate computer skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented and organized

Ability to meet multiple competing deadlines

Prioritization skill Overview:

The Office Assistant II, under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, is responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the assigned office and warehouse location.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Essential Functions:

Schedules and routes delivery technicians as it relates to deliveries and pick up of medical equipment and service calls

Receives and coordinates calls from patients, sales representatives, and referral sources

Coordinates tasks for completion by technicians and warehouse staff

Manages office needs such as office supplies, repairs and services, mail, and payments

Manages inventory levels of medical equipment

Other tasks as assigned
