Our sites are functional, optimized, and built to evolve. We don’t do cookie-cutter. We do custom. The Role

We’re looking for a Web Designer who can take a WordPress site from idea to launch. You’ll work with Elementor, CSS/HTML, and a talented internal team to make websites that not only look great but also work hard for our clients. No generic templates. No bloated themes. Just solid design thinking and smart builds.

You’ll:

Design and build websites in WordPress (mostly Elementor—no page builder wars here)

Use HTML/CSS to finesse the details that builders can’t handle

Make sure everything is mobile-friendly, fast, and SEO-ready

Collaborate with our design and content teams to bring brands to life online

Sit in on client calls to gather feedback and make sure we're hitting the mark

Handle landing pages, microsites, and the occasional email template

This Isn’t for you if:

You need hand-holding—we move fast and trust each other to own our work

You don’t like constructive feedback or iteration

You prefer building for beauty over function

But if you:

Know your way around WordPress and can actually code when needed

Understand the difference between UI and UX (and care about both)

Can juggle a few projects without dropping the ball

Are allergic to boring sites and lazy layouts

Enjoy working with a team that actually values your input

What You Bring:

2+ years of WordPress design and development experience (agency life a plus)

Strong command of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and accessibility best practices

A solid eye for layout, typography, and brand alignment

Enough SEO knowledge to build smart, not just pretty

Good communication skills—you’ll work directly with teammates and clients

Bonus points if you’ve worked with Elementor, WPBakery, or other builders
