Service Assistant

Jaguar Land Rover Newport Beach currently has an opening for Service Assistant within our Service Department. The individual will be based out of our Service location and will assist customers in scheduling, tracking and contacting those who have upcoming appointments.

Compensation: $25/hour + bonus opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Assist Service Advisor with updating customers on the status of their vehicle.

• Set up appointments for special order parts

• Help book and invoice repair orders and ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery.

• Assist with active delivery

• Follow up with customers after service

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 3+ years of automotive service experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
