Cepeda Systems and Software Analysis, a rapidly growing small company in Huntsville, AL, is currently seeking a Safety and Mission Assurance Assessor with a broad knowledge of NASA S&MA practices support to the NASA Safety Center (NSC) Assessments and Investigations Office (AIO).
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Responsible for performing compliance and risk assessments across various engineering disciplines.
· Studying, investigating, and conducting analyses on different aspects of software development and production.
· Research and analysis of audit/assessment results and supplier risk.
Requirements and Qualifications:
US Citizenship required
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, physics, safety, or related field
Experience Required:
· 2 years of experience and knowledge of NASA Safety and Mission Assurance practices
· Experience in compliance and risk analysis
Experience Preferred:
· Previous experience developing processes and methodologies
Knowledge/Skills Required:
· Use of PowerBI and AI
