The Warehouse Leader is responsible for managing warehouse productivity and performance, direct workflow of warehouse and daily activities to ensure customer satisfaction through coordinating and supervising shipping, receiving, and storage of finished goods.

Lead safety engagement and safe practices by example and ensure team members do as well
Supervise and hold team accountable by directing workflow, ensure procedures, processes, and policy are followed, review time records, facilitate performance reviews and pre-shift meetings, etc.
Communicate with carriers/drivers via phone, face-to-face, and email
Ensure effective communications and teamwork among warehouse team, production, management, site scheduling, raw material planning, and quality
Maintain and adhere to work instructions for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and/or disposition of materials
Establish, maintain and utilize modified FIFO inventory at all site storage locations
Maintain and implement storage cleanliness, efficiency and organization through bin consolidation
Responsible for transaction accuracy, product scanning, inventory accuracy, completion of paperwork
Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and transfer of materials from storage locations to production area
Participate in physical inventories as well as inventory verification through cycle counting
Engage in Continuous Improvement in safety, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction
Follow and enforce company and regulatory rules, safety, GMP, policies & procedures, work instructions, food safety, ISO, mandatory training, etc.

High School diploma or general education degree (GE
Four year degree in relevant major and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
Possess strong safety and customer focus
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to get work done through others
Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Proficient in computer programs, RF scanning, and SAP experience (or equivalent)
Strong decision making and organization skills
Prior experience in warehousing operations and forklift driving experience Physical Demands
Ability to work in an environment that has constant forklift and pedestrian activity, continuous mental and visual attention required
Ability to sit continuously or able to walk or stand for varying periods throughout 12-hour shift
Ability to move upper body to turn around, looking for obstacles in the path, while driving a forklift
Ability to move neck and upper body to look up in the air to stack/unstack product
7 day a week operation; may require working more than 40 hours, 12-hour shift on days or nights
The performance of this position includes exposure to the manufacturing area where certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses with side shields, hearing and head protection. Primary environment: mild to extreme hot and cold temperatures, sensor lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
