Engineering Project Manager

Oxford Solutions has an opening with our client for an Engineering Project Manager with a strong background in industrial manufacturing environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead internal project teams across Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Finance

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution

Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and drive process improvements

Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Management preferred

3-5 years of project management experience in an industrial manufacturing setting

Will consider 5-10 years of relevant hands-on experience in lieu of a degree

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional team involvement

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed Preferred

Mechanical Engineering background
