Apprentice Electrician

Pay: $22-$28/hr DOE.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-4pm and 12pm-10pm.

Will need active apprentice license and 1+ years' experience. Must have your own basic tools & steel-toe shoes/boots.

Description:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Commercial Apprentice Electricians with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade to join our team for an exciting new commercial construction project. This role will involve working on various electrical systems in a brand-new commercial building, performing key tasks such as running conduit, bending pipe, and assisting with low-voltage wiring.

Responsibilities:

Run conduit and install electrical pipe systems in new commercial buildings.

Bend electrical pipe to specified angles and measurements for proper installation.

Assist with the installation and connection of valves and electrical components.

Perform work on low-voltage wiring systems under the guidance of senior electricians.

Follow safety protocols and ensure all installations meet industry standards.

Work collaboratively with the electrical team to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.

Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues as needed.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working as an Apprentice Electrician, preferably in a commercial setting.

Proficiency in running conduit, bending electrical pipe, and basic electrical installations.

Basic understanding of low-voltage wiring and systems.

Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the electrical trade.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience working on new construction projects is a plus.

Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and regulations.

Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and working in various weather conditions.
