Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Operations Manager (FOM) to help lead and oversee our day-to-day field operations in our Texas market. The Field Operations Manager is a critical leadership role in our Market Operations structure. This position ensures that events are executed at a high standard by managing staffing, communication, preparation, execution, and post-event analysis. The FOM supports field staff, maintains strong relationships with venue partners, and collaborates closely with the General Manager to achieve operational and financial targets, including maintaining a gross margin goal of 51.5% or better

Key Responsibilities:

Staffing & Communication:

Finalize event staffing, ensuring roles are filled with the right team members.

Maintain consistent communication with staff regarding scheduling, expectations, and event details.

Conduct weekly captain meetings and 1:1 check-ins to support leadership development.

Approve and manage shift releases and staff coverage.

Event Preparation & Execution:

Review event contracts and ensure all elements are ready for smooth execution.

Oversee event prep, including packing lists, equipment, product, and staffing.

Monitor event schedules to maintain visibility and ensure proactive planning.

Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) at key venues and events, ensuring quality control.

Training & Development:

Lead orientation sessions and training classes for new staff.

Support onboarding and skill development for bartenders and captains.

Maintain documentation of staff performance and provide ongoing feedback.

Post-Event Follow-Up:

Conduct post-event reviews to gather feedback from captains, clients, and venues.

Document and follow up on incidents, no-shows, and performance issues.

Facility & Inventory Management:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Craft Room and Captains Room.

Oversee syrup prep and pre-event production tasks to ensure product availability.

Administrative & Financial Oversight:

Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions.

Analyze event margins and report findings to the General Manager.

Key Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in event operations, hospitality, or bar management (preferred).

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

High attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Proficient in Google Workspace, scheduling platforms, and payroll systems.

Essential Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered for this position.

Must acquire TABC, Food Handlers and Opioid Training Certificates.

Must have reliable transportation.

Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally for venue visits and event support.

Work Environment & Schedule:

Full-time, salaried position with evening and weekend availability based on event needs.

Consistent physical work involved:

Continuous reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying.

Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

May be required to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
