Customer Service Rep

Description:

Sunshine Disposal & Recycling has an opening for a Customer Service Representative for our Lewiston, ID location. This is currently a part-time position. The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 10:00am-4:00pm and includes a meal break. Shift schedule may change to include additional hours as business needs warrant. This job has an hourly wage of $16.00 and will be subject to annual COLA increases.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below.

Helps meet customer needs by assisting customers on phone with billing and other service related questions in the areas of pick up schedules, pricing, service areas and service types offered.

Sets up new customer accounts and updates existing accounts by entering data in to Encore computer program (OJT provided).

Performs outbound calls to customers as needed for service issues and for account status.

Assists with printing and assemblage of any direct mail customer notices.

Coordinates with other dispatchers about service, sets up scheduled pick-ups and coordinates with drivers.

Performs special projects for the District Manager and other management team members.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred.

Compensation details: 16-16 Hourly Wage
