Pay Starts at $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to work in a clean, modern facility where your skills matter? We’re hiring Machine Operators who are eager to produce precision parts and grow within a supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

Operate a single machine to create accurate parts with features like threads, shoulders, tapers, and steps

Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure exact specs

Adjust machine speeds and feeds to maintain top performance

Maintain a neat and orderly workspace

Follow safety protocols and assist with additional duties as needed What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED

Basic machine operation knowledge

Ability to follow written directions and communicate in English

Strong focus and attention to detail

Prior experience with measuring instruments (a plus!) What You Get:
