Our client, a leading industrial tools and supply company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Clerk to join their team.

As a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Clerk.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Clerk

Location: Brownsville, TX

Pay : $14/hr.

What’s the Job?

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about product availability.

Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using Company's internal software.

Perform data entry tasks including updating customer records and maintaining inventory logs.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tools and industrial supplies offered by the store.

Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

What’s Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.

Familiarity with inventory is a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
