As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their automotive service needs and making it a great experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Greeting our customers
Actively listening to customers needs and scheduling appointments when needed
Consulting mechanics regarding necessary repairs
Providing customers with information and advice on their vehicle
Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell of provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to our customers
Maintaining positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business

Requirements
Possess phone skills for both employee and customer interactions
