Dewberry is seeking a highly-motivated College Recruiting Coordinator to join Dewberry’s college recruiting team based out of our Fairfax, VA office. As the College Recruiting Coordinator, you will help execute the campus recruitment strategy and play a critical role in the planning and execution of Dewberry’s summer internship program. Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule recruiting events across various campuses, including registration payment and invoices, and shipping event materials

Assist the college recruiter in planning, coordinating, and executing the summer internship program

Maintain and update college recruiting materials and inventory of career fair supplies and giveaways

Create and distribute offer letters and initiate background checks

Update candidate status within intern HR systems

Maintain and update the internal events tracking spreadsheet with event and attendee information

Interact with and build relationships with colleges, recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and new hires

Maintain responsibility for the entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our candidate tracker

Post jobs through our applicant tracking system, iCIMS, as well as at schools and other job boards as necessary

Travel during career fair season (Sept.-Nov.; Jan.-Mar.) as needed to support the college recruiting team with on-campus career fairs and other recruiting events

Support the college recruiter in training career fair representatives

Manage additional projects, such as reporting, researching universities, and/or campus events

Required Skills & Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree required

At least 2 years of professional experience, HR or recruiting-related experience preferred

Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize and execute projects and individual tasks and manage time efficiently

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, required

Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results and attention to detail

Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates

Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communication skills

Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Experience with a web-based applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS, a plus

Ability to be on-site in our Fairfax headquarters at least three days per week

Ability to travel 10-20% for career fair and campus events during fall and spring recruiting seasons
