Job Description

We are Now Hiring Class A Drivers for busy Lanes in the Midwest and Northeast!

Job Overview:

We are a Veteran owned Independant contractor, NOW HIRING Class A Drivers to drive our busy Northeastern Ohio lane.

On any given day this run, could be Local or Regional so we need drivers who are flexible and enjoy a new challenge every day!

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Our Goal is to have drivers out 4 days per week/40 hours (10-12 hrs/day)

Drivers are dispatched between 0600-1100

Drivers will receive a text with Destination, Departure Time & Truck assignment

Route could be daily, local or regional.

Trucks are Freightliners - 2 are 2025 models and 1 is a 2016. All automatic.

COMPENSATION:

Sign-on bonus of $1,000. $300 paid at 90 days, $700 at 6 months.

Pay is $26.00/hour, increases to $28.00/hr when hauling doubles.

We offer a full benefits package that begins on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.

Wage increases every 6 months, up to 3 year anniversary.

PTO is earned at a rate of 4% of hours worked, until 3rd anniversary. It then increases to 6%.

Requirements of the driver:

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must be able to read and speak english

Have a valid class A CDL, with a Doubles endorsement (Preferably experience hauling doubles).

Must have a minimum of 1 year Tractor-Trailer experience in the past 3 years

Successfully pass background check

Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen

No current CDL suspension or revocation

Clean MVR

Must be able to use handheld technology

Must have working cell phone
