Job Description

Marathon Staffing is seeking experienced, reliable candidates for Temp-to-Perm, Forklift positions available immediately in Belchertown, MA!

Job Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Moves material in process from one station to another if necessary

Bands, wraps and/or packs finished goods, and labels material

Moves finished goods from production area to finished goods inventory yard or warehouse

Assist production with bottlenecks and other material needs

Provides general preventive maintenance on equipment

Completes pre-shift startup equipment checklist and reports any problems or concerns

Maintains rough material and finished goods inventory yard organized and clean

Completes production records as required

Follows forklift rules and policies as described by Company policy

Participates in safety, CI and other programs and meetings

Performs other duties as required

Requirements include, but may not be limited to:

Must have prior Forklift experience

Ability to bend, lift, twist up to 50lbs repeatedly

Must be at least 18 years of age

1st Shift Hours - 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

2nd Shift Hours - 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday

3rd Shift Hours - 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday

Pay range starts at $20 per hour, will increase based on experience. Pay increases and GREAT benefits upon full time hire! Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision and Life.
