Job Description
Ensure that orders submitted by our sales team and customers are orqanized, processed, and completed accurately.
Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and operations.
Review customer-supplied specifications and obtain additional information when necessary.
Respond to inquiries and concerns quickly and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Provide order-related documents to customers.
Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Other projects as assigned.
