About: R.D. Hoag & Associates, LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Audit Manager to join our Pittsburgh office. If you’re a licensed CPA with 5–15 years of public accounting experience, this is a prime opportunity to lead engagements, mentor staff, and grow within a respected, client-focused firm.

Responsibility:

Oversee audit engagements from planning through completion

Supervise, train, and support junior staff

Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor

Ensure audits comply with professional standards and firm procedures

Contribute to internal process improvement and team development

What We’re Looking For:

Active CPA License

5-15 years of public accounting experience, audit-focused

Proven leadership and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and client service mindset
