Job Description

Logistics Coordinator PAY RATE: $32.00-$33.00 per hour

Logistics Coordinator HOURS: M-F 8am-5pm Eastern Time

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

· Hybrid work schedule – 2-3 days in office per week

· This position is responsible to carry out day-to-day duties to successfully coordinate transportation of import products to final destinations in North America. Working with customs brokers to ensure smooth delivery to warehouses and customers.

· Monitoring carrier delivery performance by utilizing current track & trace platforms, as well as integrating new digital partners.

· Responsible for the fulfillment of export orders of products manufactured at different Production Sites

· Function as a key contact and liaison between international regions and product manufacturing sites, Quality, Shipping and Logistics teams.

· Support to the various company Affiliates (regions) while coordinating the manufacturing sites, Logistics, Quality, Shipping and Supply Chain to support customer demand, to ensure the continuity of product supply, address order management issues, product documentation and export documentation, as well as various other projects that might impact customer service goals, inventory management or other operating objectives.

Logistics Coordinator Required Skills:

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business related in Logistics

· Knowledge of and experience with Warehousing and Transportation in general and Hazmat materials.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and/or external parties.

· Problem solving skills in a complex and fast-moving environment.

· Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

· Advanced computing skills in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP (R/3 and Business Warehouse)
