Requirements

● High school diploma or GED.

● Universal EPA Certificate

● Valid driver's license with a clean driving history (5 years preferred).

● Minimum 3 years of journeyman HVAC repair and installation experience.

● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

● Excellent oral and written communication skills.

● A commitment to personal and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

● Install, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, including high-efficiency units, heat pumps, ductless

systems, package units, and commercial HVAC equipment.

● Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC issues.

● Present and explain repair and maintenance solutions to customers.

● Obtain and track materials and supplies according to established procedures.

● Maintain a high level of professionalism and earn positive customer feedback.

● Collaborate with team members to ensure top-quality service.
