Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $9 - $9 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Stacker / Dumper:

Stack and dump product according to supervisory instructions, ensuring correct product and size

Distinguish between various product characteristics and identify defects

Package products in accordance with specified requirements

Report defective products or questionable conditions to the department supervisor

Discard subpar or faulty products, while packaging acceptable ones for further processing

Ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately to maintain workflow consistency

Engage in manual tasks such as lifting, dumping, stacking, packaging, bagging, sorting, and grading products

Ensure that orders meet weight specifications and apply appropriate labels and tags

Perform general cleanup tasks, including sweeping

Utilize scales for product weighing

Shift Timings - All Available

Job requirements:

Perform physically demanding activities like standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing throughout the shift

Frequent lifting and moving of objects weighing up to 60 lbs

Self-motivation: Demonstrate the capability to work independently, organize tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Take ownership of decisions and stay positive

Team Player: Employees should maintain a positive, professional, team-oriented attitude while collaborating effectively with various personalities and individuals to achieve business objectives

Flexibility: Adapt positively to changes in direction or assignments. Manage multiple tasks during a work shift and embrace the latest programs, methods, practices, and procedures
