Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and is committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.

Diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, furnaces, and boilers.

Troubleshoot system issues, recommend solutions, and verify proper operation after repairs.

Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair (HVAC/R).

Strong understanding of refrigerate systems and their components.

Experience with equipment repair and troubleshooting methods.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Job Details:

Full-time position with standard 8-hour shifts.

Rotating Saturdays

Rotational on-call duty in winter only

Overtime available based on demand.
