Job Title: Manufacturing Inspector/Tester
Location: York, SC
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Work Schedule: 1st shift; 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour, with potential for increases based on experience

Manufacturing Inspector/Tester Job Summary
Are you a hard worker, quick learner, and team player? As a Manufacturing Inspector/Tester, you'll perform inspections on parts in the production area to ensure quality. You'll update work instructions, prepare salt spray, coating weight/SEM panels for processing, and control batch chip retention. Additional responsibilities include performing audits, maintaining inventory, and collecting quality and production records.
Manufacturing Inspector/Tester Responsibilities
Quality Inspections: Inspect parts in the production area to ensure quality.
Documentation: Update work instructions and create visual aids with pictures to assist production.
Preparation: Prepare salt spray, coating weight/SEM panels for processing, and control batch chip retention.
Audits: Perform internal audits (hazardous waste, QMS, etc.).
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and order chemicals as needed.
Record Keeping: Collect quality and production records and submit them to document control for retention.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Hard worker, quick learner, ability to multitask, team player, self-motivated.
Requirements: SPC data entry, perform daily wash line checks, inspect parts, create visual aids, prepare panels, control batch chip retention, perform audits, maintain inventory, collect records.
Additional Requirements: Candidates must be open to overtime and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
