RTO - we can auto-approve 5 days of non holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval. Candidate MUST WORK 2 out of 3 major holidays.

18 months exp. required, however please refer to job description for any exceptions made depending on the unit

License: MUST have IL license in hand at submission.

ALLIED CLINICIANS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE A STATE LICENSE IN HAND MUST ARRIVE 3 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO START FOR FINGERPRINTS

Can submit with references pending

Locals accepted

EXCEPTION: OR RNs must be 50 miles or more from facility

Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by

Certs required - please see job description/unit description to find list of required certs depending on unit. AHA and Red Cross only - RQI cards not accepted

Charting: Cerner. Experience required is position specific. See job post details to confirm.

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer

Any PERM or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler
