These companies serve a variety of markets including commercial and industrial, medical, oil & gas, food service, steel products distribution, etc.
Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is M&M Quality Grinding's key contact for our customers.
The Inside Sales Rep helps the company to deliver positive messaging, responding quickly. As a front-line communications expert, they shape the first impression and ongoing experience with M&M Quality Grinding Inc. As such, they provide excellent information to our organization for improving our processes and interactions to create the best possible outcomes.

Job Requirements:
Ability to clearly and quickly convey information verbally and in writing to customers, internal teams, and external partners.
Excellent problem-solving abilities: the candidate must be comfortable probing for clarification to assess customer needs effectively.
Proficient on using Microsoft Office.
Highly organized and detail-oriented: the ability to document all customer interactions.
Stay on top of multiple projects and daily activities while responding to customers in a timely manner in order to meet expected deadlines. Support and training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will remain calm and flexible while handling changing requirements and situations, both within the company and externally.
Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency in all customer.
Strong knowledge of our core capabilities and services to be able to answer general questions from customers. Training will be provided
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage new customer, and order entry into our ERP system (GlobalShop) with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist with customer interactions, on RFQ (Request for Quote), and quoting processes.
Attend all Production Meetings to provide updates to internal teams and relay key information to customers.
Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams regarding schedules, questions, issues, and additional order details.
Ensure clear and precise documentation of customers' needs, issues, and resolutions within ERP.
Compile reports and work instructions to track, monitor, and improve internal processes and performance.
Maintain organized and up-to-date customer files, server records, and all documentation related to orders and communications.
Collaborate with the internal teams as Purchasing, Accounting, Production, Quality, and Sales as needed.
Identify and lead Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.
