Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the import parts department, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing for optimal inventory management.
Train and manage a high-performing parts team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
Ensure accurate ordering, stocking, and tracking of parts to meet service department and retail demands.
Implement strategies to increase sales and improve department operations.
Monitor and control department expenses to align with budget goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and market changes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Import Parts Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of import automotive brands and their parts inventory management.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales and operational targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with dealership management software and inventory tracking systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Drivers License.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (based on experience and performance).
