Salary:

Seasonal position from June 15 to August 15

Part-time without benefit or Full-time with full benefits

Summary

Primarily responsible for creating and managing documentation and reports for the conclusion of construction projects in Ellabell, GA, including Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America project and Hyundai-LG Battery JV project. All written materials are to be prepared in Korean language.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related area is preferred

0 - 3 years experience in document management or similar position.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bilingual Korean and English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean language

Proficient typing and editing skills

Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills

Essential Functions

Create and manage documentation and reports for the conclusion phase of construction projects.

Filing and archiving relevant documentation.

Retrieving files from other employees and vendors when needed.

Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.

Control the flow of documents in and out of the department.

Perform other duties as assigned.
