Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter (360)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT 360 Recruiter to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our company. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining our team of skilled professionals.

You will be successful if you have experience an IT 360 Recruiter and have some managerial experience!

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top IT talents (using automation tools and a Recruiter Lite License).

- Create and maintain job postings and advertisements.

- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, etc.

- Conduct reference and background checks.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.

- Qualify client leads using Apollo and Hubspot CRM and successfully set meetings with hiring managers.

- Keep track of candidate data and provide regular updates to the hiring team

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of 360 recruitment experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment in Agency (mid to small size).

- Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions with top talent

- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software

- Knowledge of IT job market and industry trends

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
