Dispatcher-Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dispatcher on a part-time basis to provide residents and guests of John Knox Village a safe and secure environment by answering and transferring calls, dispatching and coordinating transportation services for residents, and maintaining the safety and security of John Knox Village. This is an exciting part-time position, offering variety and meaning in a role that delivers a wide range of service and assistance to our elders and residents.

What we're looking for:

High School Diploma/GED

6+ months of dispatching or security experience

Valid Driver's License

Florida Class D Security License

Experience working in a senior living or healthcare setting a plus

Exemplary customer service and communication skills

Flexible schedule, with the ability to work holidays and weekends
