Main Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary.
Input data accurately into databases and maintain updated records.
Creation and maintenance of reports and spreadsheets.
Interact with clients and/ or visitors in a professional manner.
Address inquiries and provide information when needed.
Follow ups with other departments.
Do and have a regular updated filing.
Carry out administrative duties related to different functions.
Assist with special projects as assigned.
Any other duties related to this position.

Higher School Certificate
Past experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
