Job Description

We are looking for a polished and service-driven Luxury Concierge to provide exceptional hospitality and personalized assistance to residents of our high-end condominium. The ideal candidate will act as the face of the property, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while managing daily requests with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet residents and guests with professionalism, courtesy, and a service-oriented attitude.

Coordinate resident services such as dry cleaning, package deliveries, housekeeping, valet, and maintenance requests.

Make reservations and arrangements on behalf of residents for restaurants, transportation, travel, entertainment, and personal services.

Manage access for visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with building security protocols.

Maintain a strong understanding of local attractions, services, and amenities to provide informed recommendations.

Organize community events and coordinate amenities such as club rooms, private lounges, and fitness facilities.

Uphold building policies and procedures while ensuring a seamless living experience for all residents.

Record and relay important information or resident concerns to property management as needed.

Maintain an organized front desk and ensure the lobby and common areas remain immaculate.

Full-Time M-F 8am-4pm

Pay rate: Up to $24 DOE
