Machine Operator

Position – Machine Operator

Job Location – Random Lake, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temporary

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – Saturdays ONLY 1st (6:00am - 2:30pm), 2nd (2:00pm-10:30pm)

Starting Pay – $20.00 - $22.50 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

As a Machine Operator, you are primarily responsible of supporting the production line. As part of a rotational training program, you will be trained on all production equipment including de-palletizer, filler, labeler, packager, and more!

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment operation to ensure product is produced correctly: amount, graphics, wrap and coding.

• Operate machine controls, make minor adjustments while monitoring the line, performing final case inspections hourly

• Monitor production equipment for jams, making necessary adjustments, ensuring the availability and application of materials

• Assist in set-up of production line to ensure product type of materials (including proper graphics if required), size of trays, proper cans and can ends, labels, and coder set.

Qualifications

• Effectively communicate, write, read and comprehend instructions and procedures in English.

• Ability to demonstrate a high attention to detail, sense of urgency, and troubleshooting skills
