Are you passionate about keeping outdoor spaces beautiful and welcoming? Vintage Realty Company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper for Village at Fountain Lake, a premier residential community in Gonzales, Louisiana.

This full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position plays a vital role in maintaining the curb appeal and cleanliness of our property, ensuring a comfortable and attractive environment for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and well-kept appearance of the community grounds, clubhouse, office, and common areas

Assist with cleaning the on-site model apartment to ensure it is always tour-ready

Organize and secure parts, tools, and storage areas

Support the apartment make ready process as needed

Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols

Operate in compliance with Federal Fair Housing regulations

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Experience:

Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance experience preferred

Ability to perform light manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds

Strong attention to detail and pride in property appearance

Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required

Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and use of hands and tools

Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly

Work performed outdoors with exposure to seasonal weather and moderate noise levels
