$24 - $35 hourlyResponsibilities:

Perform in-home patient assessments and customize care plans based on individual needs.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments following healthcare providers' instructions.

Regularly monitor and document patient vital signs and progress to track improvements.

Educate patients and their families on disease management and ways to promote overall well-being.

Work collaboratively with diverse healthcare teams to ensure effective coordination of patient care.Qualifications:

Must have at least 2 years of experience working in Private duty nursing as an LVN/RN in Spring, TX, US.

Required to possess an active LVN or RN license, specifically in the state of Texas.

Proficient in the performance of patient assessments and the development of personalized care plans.

Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
