Summary
This crucial role enhances the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team by conducting thorough research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to support aggressive sales strategies. The specialist will develop and deliver impactful training programs, create cutting-edge sales tools and resources, and ensure the reliability of research data.
With strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects, the Sales Enablement Specialist will collaborate across teams, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive revenue growth and support ambitious sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Opportunities: Conduct thorough and efficient research to gather relevant client/prospect/market data, competitor analysis, and industry trends. Identify high-potential opportunities and ensure the reliability and accuracy of research data and reports.
Create Impactful Content: Develop and manage content for sales training, including manuals, guides, and online resources. Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve the training program and equip them with the tools to close deals.
Manage Travel Programs: Organize and manage travel programs for key executives, sales team, and relationship managers to maximize face-to-face interactions and close deals.
Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Interpret data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights to support aggressive sales strategies.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Present research findings effectively and engage directly with clients to drive results.
Leverage Technology: Utilize Salesforce, data analysis tools, and other sales enablement technologies. Partner with the Salesforce team to implement and manage sales enablement technologies and platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Manage Projects: Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with a focus on driving results.
Adapt and Innovate: Adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation. Bring fresh ideas to the table to stay ahead of the competition.
Engage Stakeholders: Balance internal and external stakeholder input and buy-in while working independently to drive sales success.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as requested to support the sales enablement function.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role with a proven track record of driving sales success.
